Knit

I just took up knitting this year...I've dabbled in it before because my Mom is an expert knitter!  I received some circular looms from D's Mom for Christmas and it really took off!  I went from looming baby hats to picking up knitting needles and circulars!  Micheal's was my most frequented store.  I was obsessed with knitting...searching ravelry for new patterns and ideas.  It's a really relaxing hobby once you get into it!

I was SO excited because I usually don't have many hobbies that stick (it's usually try a few times and then slowly dies down).  Knitting kept me company on cold nights when I didn't want to go out and do anything.  Now that it's Spring though, the knitting might be put on hold in favour of sunny walks outside!

We've started a little knitting group every Tuesday night at D's Mom's house!  I'm SO happy for this!  Currently, working on a taupe seed stitch scarf on some very large needles!  Will update the progress soon.
